Blog/Article #1
You guys may be wondering what Journalism
101 is. We're starting off with Investigative Journalism, which is basically when a "reporter"  interviews someone. In journalism it can be Leading E-Sport. Sometimes it might even go by different names as in Depth reporting, inner price reporting and much more. There will also be hypothesis which are good guesses. You also need to know that you can analyze public documents and data, make focus on social justice and accountability linked to Journalism. Another fact you'll need to know is responsibility. Responsibilities meaning: we have to be originally responsible for what we write and not filling in blanks for people who are not there. There are also 400 codes of conduct around the world. And lastly always remember the five key words in the journalism world which are , Accuracy , Independence , Impartiality , Humanity , Accountability.

You may wonder what journalism is?. Journalism has 400 codes of conduct. Now you may think I am going to name 400 codes of conduct? But no, there are only 5 important ones. The first one is the accuracy. Accuracy is to say what the person is telling you without adding your own stuff. The second one is Humanity. Humanity is when you have to show love to all and everything you talk about. The third one is independence. Independence: Do it by yourself. The fourth one is accountability. Accountability is taking responsibility for your actions. Last but not least, impartiality. Impartiality is don't be one sided play both sides.

When it comes to investigative journaling you’ll need the facts. You may ask, what is investigative journaling? It is the in depth reporting or project reporting of something or someone. Everything you say has to be unbiased to respect either party. You as the reporter are also responsible for the things you say in your writing or report. Anything can be good or bad. There are about 400 codes of conduct that could be issued in your writing but there are five that are most important.

In Media arts class we learn a lot about investigative journalism. The 5 main codes of investigative journalism are Accuracy , Independence , Impartiality , Humanity and accountability. You should use these 5 codes while writing to achieve the best results. While writing you should always be systematic, in depth and original in your report. You should always start with an hypothesis when writing. You have to analyze public documents and data, make what's hidden in your writing public and always take accountability in your writing. Therefore there are about 400 codes of conduct around the world but there are only 5 main codes in investigative journalism.
