J.O.G Helping Out The Community One Student At A Time

Blog/Article#1
Today I interviewed Mr. Roy from J.O.G, which stands for Jobs For Ohio's Graduates. He told me that J.O.G's mission is getting young people (ages 16-24) the help and guidance they need to be ready for the real world. J.O.G wants to see professional growth and faster success in the early life of young people. They will help with career development, pathways, and even job openings. Since 1987 they have been helping us by giving back to our community. I can truly say that we are more than thankful for J.O.G!

Blog/Article#2
Here at Akron Career Tech High School, I had the opportunity to talk to Roy Campbell from J.O.G. (Jobs For Ohio's Graduates) located at 1333 Home avenue here in Akron Ohio. Understanding what he does is incredible, he also likes helping kids in general. He said its rewarding and he was telling me how the kids are good and passionate. He thinks some of the kids should get on a better path then what they are on now. He was telling me how he does an "out of school" G.E.D program, ranging from ages 16-24. If you would like to talk to him about his work he will be at the school 2 to 3 days a week or you can contact him @ jogworks.org
